IN HOUSE FACILITIES
- Moulding machine for pressure die cast fittings which facilitates to control punch load as perfittings size and hence zero blow holes.
- State of art coating facility which enables us to maintain coating thickness as per our clients (mainly OEM requirements) & colour shed i.e. RAL.
- Leakage testing both hydraulic as well pneumatics as per ASME B31.3
- Digital DFT meter to gauge the coating thickness so that thickness of the coating could be achieved as per the specification set by our engineering team.
- Hardness as well ultimate tensile testing to ensure the mechanical strength. We carry out these testings randomly.
- Bursting test is performed hydraulically once in a lot. Detailed testing report can be provided to customers if required at the discretion quality team
- Assembly line equipped with torque controlled tools clubbed with set SOP

WARRANTY
ShiftAir Transmission hereby declares that it agrees to replace or repair free of cost components which do not perform owing to manufacturing or material defect within 10 years from the date of installation.
The present warranty is valid provided:
ShiftAir engineers have proper accessibility to examine the products with issue. Materials must operate within the specific/recommended range of working conditions
The warranty becomes automatically null & void if:
- If it puts into operations beyond recommended technical parameters
- Defects being occurred because of mishandling
- Defects caused by product modifications which is not approved by ShiftAir in advance
